The TVE biomovies competition is back!

22 de SEPTIEMBRE, 2012

IMD
TVE biomovies is a film competition - in its third year - open to anyone aged from 9 to 99 around the world with access to a camera.

There are five categories in the competition - each looking at different aspects of the environment: oceans; recycling; women and climate change; fresh water; and sustainable living.

Choose one category and think how you might make a 1-minute film. Send a proposal about the film you would like to make using the online form (http://tve.org/biomovies) before 23.00 GMT 5 September 2012.

A judging panel will select the best 10 proposals and provide funding of US$ 300 to help you make your film.

The winner in each category - the 5 films which received the most views on tve’s Inspiring Change YouTube channel by 19 December 2012 - will receive US$ 1500 prize! Winning films will also be screened in Qatar at the UN COP18 Conference in November 2012.

You have until 23.00 GMT on 5 September 2012 to submit your proposal online!

TVE is looking for films that are creative, funny or serious, about how they address the environmental issues.
Films must be a maximum of one minute in duration, including credits and titles. Any film that exceeds 70 seconds in duration will be disqualified. Pitches will only be accepted in Arabic, English, German, Russian or Spanish.
