C.I.T.A. is a cooperative company located in the city of La Plata, Argentina. It was recovered thanks to the 700 workers who used their compensation to purchase the factory. They became the new owners of one of the most important textile factories in Latin America. The documentary recounts their struggle against neoliberal policies.
