An insight on Rome’s serious housing problems: shacks and tents along the rivers and squatted buildings and factories. Thanks to the stories of a young Afghan refugee, an Italian student, a Peruvian squatter, and a Romanian slum dweller, the film shows the dark side of living in Rome, a city of people without houses and houses without people.
