What happens to the many refugee children that disappear from Danish asylum centers? Michael Graversen’s film depicts the fate of one of these boys. After 3 years in Denmark, Wasi is forced to leave the country when he turns 18. In fear of being sent back to Afghanistan, he flees to Italy. The dream of returning to Denmark helps him survive.
