New Delhi Lasagna is a comment on the Western consumption model of today, and how poor waste management damages the environment and impoverishes the living conditions of scores of people in developing countries, ultimate recipients of the waste, which is put back into the production system through ineffective and potentially harmful “recycling” processes.
