Santiago de Chile, a big city that has grown at the expense of the air we breathe. A social leader and a lawyer try to change things, but they are facing a metropolis that is greatly expanding due to the ghost of property speculation. Authorities turn a blind eye to this issue and a poet levels fierce criticism at corruption and poverty. Meanwhile, an airless city moves underneath a menacing grey cloud.
