The DerHumALC Multimedia Institute (Human Rights in Latin America and the Caribbean) - IMD was created on March 8th, 1999, as a non-profit association based in the City of Buenos Aires and with a branch in the Province of Santiago del Estero, Argentina, designed to strengthen the treatment and study of themes about Human Rights in civil society.
